AI automation for SMEs.
Many tasks in an SME repeat every day: logging enquiries, writing confirmations, entering appointments. Automations and agents take on that work. We connect your tools, describe the process calmly, and then let the machine run.
We use AI where it helps. Not because it looks good on a slide. We build for SMEs in Lucerne, Central Switzerland and across Switzerland.
What you get.
- An automation built with n8n that connects your existing systems.
- Clear success criteria: before we start, it is settled what the workflow should do.
- Documentation explaining how the pieces fit together, and a personal handover.
- Standard tools instead of a system only we can operate.
- Care after launch, because processes change and some faults only show up in operation.
Examples.
Contact form with notification
This is how the contact form on floweon.ch works: an enquiry goes to an n8n workflow. It stores the enquiry, sends a notification and sends the person a confirmation in their language.
Mail for forms
At DuaSoma Academy the website sends confirmation and notification automatically for applications, the waiting list and the newsletter. At Suada Murati, bookings, contact requests and newsletter sign-ups get an automatic confirmation.
Restaurant reservation
A reservation comes in, availability is checked, a confirmation is drafted and the calendar entry is created. The guest is confirmed, with no manual work.
Enquiry to quote
An enquiry comes in via the form, the lead is qualified, a quote is prepared and a follow-up is scheduled. In the end the offer sits in the outbox.
Reservation and quote are illustrative flows · tailored to your company individually
Delivering a form to one address is included in the package, with spam protection and a confirmation mail. It becomes a workflow as soon as a second system is involved: calendar, CRM, accounting.
How it works.
- Phase 013–5 days
Discovery
We get to know your business. Goals, the existing website, the places going unused. A calm analysis as the foundation, after which you know exactly what gets built and what it costs.
- Phase 022–4 days
Strategy
The scope description becomes a plan, reviewed from four angles: strategy, design, engineering, user experience. Only once it holds do we start building.
- Phase 031–4 weeks
Development
We build iteratively and put a preview online early. You can look in at any time and watch it grow.
- Phase 042–3 days
Launch
You sign off the preview, we go live. Careful cutover, thorough testing, a personal handover with instructions for upkeep.
- Phase 05ongoing
Growth
Launch is the beginning. We measure, sharpen and extend so the system grows with you.
Discovery to launch typically 2 to 6 weeks. Growth runs on from there.
Packages and prices.
A workflow has a fixed price for the build. Because a running workflow needs care, we suggest a care subscription afterwards. Maintenance includes one workflow, Partner includes three.

Common questions.
What does an automation cost?
A workflow starts at CHF 950, depending on how many systems it connects. After that we suggest a care subscription: Maintenance at CHF 490 per year includes one workflow under care.
Which tools do you use?
We build workflows with n8n and connect your existing systems. We read what is there first, then decide together what stays and what is worth replacing.
When does it become a workflow?
As soon as a second system is involved. Delivering a form to one address is included in every website package. Once a calendar, a CRM or accounting joins in, it becomes a workflow.
What about data protection?
We build in line with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. Hosting in Switzerland or the EU is possible, and data stays where it belongs.
What happens when a process changes?
Then we adapt the workflow. A website runs by itself for a while, a workflow does not: interfaces and processes change, and some faults only show up in operation. That is why we suggest staying together after launch.
